However, we are lending the good name of WritersServices to the printing and therefore reserve the right to refuse any material:

That is not of a reasonable professional standard. This is not censorship or pedantry. It is only an insistence that the work obeys the rules of the English language in its diverse forms. That is likely to give gratuitous offence or might breach race, sex or equal opportunities legislation. This is not political correctness but an acceptance of the rule of law and a respect for the public.

Please also note:

We might also require you to obtain a legal opinion, at your expense, if the material is likely to break any law or make anybody vulnerable to civil legal action. If the material is not written in English we will insist that it is read by a qualified person who can advise us that the content does not break any of our guidelines. We might also insist that the book has prominent warnings if the material is likely to offend.
